My pear salad with grilled chicken and caramelized, crunchy pecan was toothsome! When I reheated the chicken at home, it was tender and same good taste. My husband was content with his salmon. Our hosts consumed their clam and lobster ravioli dishes. Our birthday celebrator and my stepson enjoyed their dinner. Service was good and polite. The ambience was nice.

Nice place to stop in and have a meal with family, a friend or that special someone. My wife and I enjoyed a late afternoon meal that started with a salad and bread that our waiter brought us who was very nice. Our main courses were very good and it was a large portion no less. There is plenty of free parking in the rear of the restaurant and by the way you will only be able to get in to the restaurant that way. So if you like ITALIAN food give this place a try.

This was my first time here & definitely not my last. I made reservations before hand just to make sure I would get a seat. I was seated right away. I knew the food was going to be good when I smelled it as soon as I walked in the door. My waitress was amazing. My food was absolutely delicious. The fried Calamari with sesame seeds was the best I have ever tasted. I had so much food left over that I have extra for tomorrow. I can't wait to come back.

Fantastic Italian food worth every penny, if you're ever in Long Island! Monday a week ago went to dinner with a couple friends and enjoyed everything we ate and drank. We had a fresh Mozzarella appetizer and calamari to start, followed by wine, then I had a delicious pappardelle noodles with short ribs. We shared a few desserts at the end, not sure what they were called, but all of them were wonderful as well. If I'm ever back in the area and want an excellent dinner I know where to go again!

My in laws made a reservation for all of us for Easter Dinner. 6 people total. Our waiter, Andrew, was attentive and friendly. The food was excellent, just like the service. Another employee took a picture of all of us when she saw us trying to take one ourselves. It was my first time at La Strada and I already told my husband I'd love to go back for another date night. For appetizers we ordered the hot antipasto which had eggplant, stuffed mushrooms, baked clams and shrimp. It was all delicious, i particularly favored their shrimp. We also got calamari which everyone said was delicious. I got the stuffed rigatoni bolognese which was excellent. My husband got the skirt steak he also said was excellent. 10/10 recommended
